First Bloom After Pruning 🌸

“After the cutbacks, after the quiet waiting, the first bloom has arrived.

It’s simple, but it carries so much promise.

Sometimes life feels the same… we trim back, we let go, and then — out of nowhere — something new opens up.”

Hybrid Tea Rose — my first bloom after pruning, delicate and soft, a gentle reward for patience. My old faithful — I can’t even remember its name anymore, but it’s been with me for years. Resilient through storms and weather, still standing strong. Miniatures — even the little ones are waking up, buds ready to show their colour. Proof that even small beginnings matter.
